2026 New Southbound Policy Elite Study Program

The programme is open to students from New Southbound Policy countries, including #Vietnam, #Thailand, #Philippines, #India, and other eligible regions, with academic backgrounds in biological sciences, healthcare, medicine, public health, and related fields.

The programme will run from September 2026 to January 2027.

The programme includes:

Round-trip airfare

Mandarin language courses

Academic courses at TMU

Cultural activities

A monthly stipend of NT$8,000
