臺北醫學大學進修推廣處成立於 1997 年,前身為臺北醫學院夜間部。因應教育政策發展與社 會終身學習需求,本處秉持嚴謹辦學精神,結合臺北醫學大學豐富之教學、研究與臨床資源,提供 多元且專業之進修與推廣教育服務,致力實踐終身學習理念,並促進全民健康與社會永續發展。

本處整合臺北醫學大學 11 學院學術研究資源,以及附屬醫院體系與相關臨床場域,包括附設 醫院、市立萬芳醫院、衛生福利部雙和醫院、新國民醫院、臺北癌症中心、臺北神經醫學中心,以 及行愛與北醫創齡社區長照機構等,發展兼具理論與實務之專業課程,形成完整之生醫健康教育支 持系統。

在教育品質方面,本處長期推動訓練品質管理制度,曾榮獲行政院勞工委員會主辦「第二屆國 家訓練品質獎-訓練機構獎」,並多次獲得 TTQS(人才發展品質管理系統)訓練機構版銀牌認證 (2009、2011、2013、2015、2017 年)。其後,本處持續將品質管理制度內化為校內行政與教學改 善機制,並於 2025 年重新參與 TTQS 評核,再度榮獲 TTQS 訓練機構版銅牌認證,展現本處持續 精進教育品質與行政服務之努力。

依據本處定位與發展願景,目前課程主要涵蓋「系所學分」、「樂活健康」、「政府委訓」、 「企業合作」、「專業培訓」及「營隊與研習營」等六大領域。課程內容結合本校醫學、護理、公 共衛生、生物科技、高齡健康與健康照護等專業特色,從專業人才培育、醫學推廣教育到全齡終身 學習,提供兼具學術深度與社會實踐之多元學習方案。

本處亦積極配合政府政策與社會需求,投入各項公共教育與社區服務計畫。自 2013 年起,陸 續參與教育部「樂齡大學計畫」、臺北市政府社會局「托育人員在職訓練」、臺北市政府教育局「課 後照顧服務人員訓練」,以及外交部「連結新南向菁英培育專班」等專案,透過專業課程與實務培 訓,協助不同年齡與背景之學習者提升專業知能與生活素養。

在醫學推廣教育方面,本處自 2002 年起持續辦理青少年醫學研習課程,累積學員已近二萬人。 課程依不同年齡層設計適齡內容,涵蓋大學、高中、國中及國小學生,透過醫學知識導入、臨床體 驗與探索學習,引導學生認識醫學與健康照護領域,培養自主學習與生涯探索能力。多年來,本處 相關課程獲得學生、家長與教育界廣泛肯定,並曾接受《遠見雜誌》等媒體專訪。

此外,為回應產業轉型與跨域人才需求,本處亦開設醫學、生技、護理、藥學、營養、健康促 進與芳香療法等多元專業課程,提供社會人士第二專長與專業進修之學習管道。同時,亦與企業合 作規劃客製化教育訓練課程,協助企業培育兼具專業知能與實務能力之人才。

面對超高齡社會發展趨勢,本處近年積極推動終身學習,透過樂齡大學、長青學苑、慢性病健 康管理及健康促進系列課程,協助中高齡族群建立健康生活知能、提升社會參與及持續學習能力。 2025 年,本校獲教育部邀請試辦「第三人生大學計畫」,首屆招生即迅速額滿;2026 年再獲教育 部核定通過「30+大學計畫」,持續深化本校於高齡與全齡終身教育領域之發展特色。

未來,本處將持續結合臺北醫學大學醫學教育、臨床照護與生醫研究之核心優勢,發展具前瞻 性、專業性與社會影響力之終身學習服務,並秉持持續改善與社會責任精神,致力成為臺灣具代表 性之生醫健康推廣教育與終身學習機構。

Mission

Introduction of the Division

Established in 1997, the Office of Continuing and Extension Education at Taipei Medical University, formerly known as the Night Division of the Taipei Medical University, is committed to the rigorous realizing of the philosophy of life-long education in accordance with the requirements of educational policies and social progress, providing the community with a variety of educational opportunities to benefit the public (regardless of race, religion, disabilities, nationality, nor sex) and to strengthen the nation's competitiveness through our meritorious educational practices and extensive academic resources.

Utilizing the existing academic research resources of the ten colleges of Taipei Medical University and the clinical resources of the five affiliated hospitals of Taipei Medical University Hospital, Taipei City Wanfang Hospital, Shuangho Hospital, Taipei Cancer Center, and Ningpo Medical Center, the Office offers professional medical courses. In recent years, the Office has undertaken the Industrial Talent Investment Program of the Council of Labor Affairs. In 2013, we received the "Second National Training Quality Award - Training Institution Award" organized by the Council of Labor Affairs, Executive Yuan, and in the same year, we received the Training Institution - Silver Medal Award under the "TTQS Quality Training System Evaluation Program" of the Workforce Development Agency.

Our office is committed to the development of new and innovative training programs to strengthen our market segmentation. Since 2013, we have been actively participating in the Department of Lifelong Education of the Ministry of Education's “Senior University” program, as well as the After-School Caregiver Training Program of the Department of Social Welfare, Taipei City Government, of which we have received trust and praise from our students.

In the future, we aim to utilize our medical, health and nursing expertise. We hope to help expatriate spouses develop their knowledge of healthcare education and integrate seamlessly into local lifestyles.

Since 2002, our medical camp program has accumulated nearly 20,000 students, establishing us as the top medical camp program in Taiwan that combines the features of medical education with the characteristics of camps. The curriculum covers college, high school, junior high school, and elementary school, each with its own age-appropriate camps, creating an unforgettable growth path for the youth. Our office has received recognition from all walks of life and has been interviewed by Global Views Monthly. According to statistics, 87% of our medical camp participants have chosen medical school as their first choice when choosing a university. This shows that our medical camp team has increased students' interest in medical education and their desire to enter the medical field in the future.

To support secondary specialization, we offer courses in medicine, biotechnology, nursing, pharmacy, nutrition, and cosmetology and aromatherapy to provide opportunities for students to develop professional skills. We have also developed corporate training courses for various renowned companies in Taiwan, which help them to cultivate professional talents with competitive edge!

Our Office of Continuing and Extension Education is committed to international educational exchanges, and has hosted six tours to Fukuoka Medical College in Japan since 2011, successfully supporting Japanese students in their examinations for relevant professional certificates in Japan, achieving a 100% licensure rate. In order to effectively integrate with higher education institutions in Taiwan and to improve the operation and quality of education, we hosted the "National Association of Taiwan Colleges and Universities Extension Education Conference and Forum". Through this event, we aim to achieve inter-school collaboration and mutual assistance in promoting education, assisting Taiwan's overall extension education to move towards high quality and specialization.

In May 2015, we were awarded the "TTQS Quality Training System Evaluation” Training Institution-Silver Award by the Workforce Development Agency of the Ministry of Labor, Executive Yuan. In the future, we are committed to providing diversified, innovative, and professional continuing education services to promote community education and societal growth. We aim to continue to improve the quality of continuing education under the philosophy of continuous improvement so as to establish TMU as the leading brand in professional training and continuing education.
