2023 年，進推處首次承接新南向專案。
兩年後，我們迎來第一批亮眼成果。 來自傷害防制研究所的 Rian、牙醫學研究所的 Mimi，將在今年六月正式畢業。從跨國來台攻讀碩士，到在專業領域站穩腳步，他們的故事，正是國際醫療人才落地台灣的最佳縮影。 更令人振奮的是，Rian 已開始接洽新工作，期待持續在台灣深耕發展，把專業能量留在這片土地。這不只是個人的職涯選擇，更落實新南向計畫「培育即留才」的實質成果。
感謝外交部的支持與資源投入，讓人才政策從願景走向實踐。 當國際醫療專才選擇留下，台灣就不只是求學的中繼站，而是職涯發展的新舞台。 下一步，我們希望吸引更多優秀的國際醫療人才來台，讓專業在這裡匯聚，讓台灣走向世界。

In 2023, our office undertook the New Southbound Project for the first time.
Two years later, we are seeing our first tangible results.

Rian from the Graduate Institute of Injury Prevention and Mimi from the Graduate Institute of Dentistry will graduate this June. From pursuing their master’s degrees in Taiwan to establishing themselves in their professional fields, their journeys demonstrate how international medical talent can truly take root here.
